Let’s be honest: meditation doesn’t always cut it.
I’ve tried the breathing apps. I’ve lit the candles. I’ve even done that thing where you lie on the floor and pretend you’re melting into the carpet. And yes, all of it helps… a little. But when your brain feels like a browser with 47 tabs open and your cortisol levels are doing cartwheels, sometimes you need something quicker, sillier—and dare I say—more ridiculous.
